I'm following the Zen Labs programme - finished Week 8 Day 2 yesterday and graduate on my next run!! Decided to download the C210K programme and looking at doing a 10K run in September! 8 weeks ago I was a total non-runner!

Ran my first 5K today - just over 37 minutes - it was Week 7 Day 3 in C25K for me. My goal was to run the whole way, and I did!

Finished W3D3 today - tomorrow is a day off and then the challenges of Week 4 :smile:

There is a C25K app that syncs to MFP I find that it records less exercise calories burned than logging direct to MFP. Runkeeeper also gives a higher calorie burn. I tend to sync with the C25K app

Are you eating any exercise calories? Are you weighing and/or scanning everything? I'm on 1500 calories and eating back the exercise calories and losing 1.5 - 2 lbs a week.

Hi I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid in 1995, and currently take 200ug of levothyroxine a day. I have yo-yo'd since the birth of my first child, who is now 18, and my weight has varied from 164lbs when I got to goal with WW in 2000 to my heaviest in Jan this year of 249lbs! I've been fortunate and never suffered…
