FitRadio is a free iPhone (not sure if it's available for Android) that has a lot of options.

Thank you. ;-) And you can totally do it. I'm a schedule militant out of necessity, and that's the only way to make this + job + children work. My in-laws hate it because we have to leave at a certain time if we visit, but it's what we need to do to get through.

1) Don't give up. 2) Eat MORE. 800 calories is barely enough to fuel my 17 month old toddler for a day, let alone a grown woman. 3) Change your goal. Train for something, start a new exercise program, take up a new sport. Don't focus so much on the "getting your weight to a certain number" part of this. Change your mind,…

This has been happening to me forever. I always forget to bring it up when I go to the doctor (which is next to never).

Yes. Do not do it. You cannot be a functional, healthy human being on such a low intake.

Same. I exercise in the morning before my husband and daughter (17 months) wake up. It wakes me up and doesn't cut into my time with them. I've also found that eating a handful of almonds before I work out is enough to power me through and keep me from getting hungry without being too full to really push.

I started yesterday. Count me in!

I'm from the Detroit area originally, but now I live in Howell. I workout at home. I have a 16 month old baby, so getting out to go to the gym or getting outside (I'm not much of a runner, so I already lack incentive for that) is too much of a deterrent. I did Turbo Jam and am now certified to teach Turbo Kick, so once my…

Turbo Jam! And Turbo Kick (I'm an instructor...once people start taking my class!)!

^^That. And yes. If you're sexually active, you're very very likely pregnant.

Class starts in 9 days! http://www.howellrecreation.org/ExerciseandFitness.html

hahahahaha!

I find that burst studying helps me focus better. I set a timer for 25 minutes and really focus on what's in front of me until the timer goes off. Then I take a 5 minute break. Repeat 3 times with a 15 minute break after the third focused study session. http://www.pomodorotechnique.com/

I'm 5'9" and currently at 156 (no pic, I'm really bad about taking any ever) down from 180 after baby. My goal is 140, and I'm fairly large framed. I've been there and know it looks (and FEELS) good.

+1 for hummus!

I feel like exercise helps me feel better. I also give in to the chocolate. Probably too much. =P

I occasionally use it when I really just DON'T want to work out. I typically workout at 5:30 am, and it's usually ok, but some mornings I need an extra kick in the pants.

I sautee spinach, onions, and mushrooms and put them atop whole wheat tortillas + cheese (obv) and bake for roughly 10 minutes at ~400 degrees (?). DONE.

Bachelor's in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. My M.S. will be the same.

Baby carrots and any flavor hummus. I frickin' love hummus.

Flavored coffee helps. I love my Keurig because it gives me so many options in addition to providing them in perfectly measured servings. I think it's CoffeeMate that makes "all natural" creamers that are sugar, cream, and like, vanilla extract. I tried one once, it was pretty good. I haven't converted fully because I'm a…

That sounds awesome. It's important to prepare for the Zombie Apocalypse.

I got certified in January through the home study program, and will be teaching in my town this summer. I'm excited! I took Turbo Kick in college and lost about 25 pounds using Turbo Jam after my daughter was born last year. There are no Turbo Kick classes within 25 miles of where I live now, so I just decided I'd teach it…

I love Eat Better America.

My husband decided to be a pescitarian at the beginning of the year, so I just make all of our shared meals such that he can eat them. I happily continue to eat lean meat.

Suggestion: Rather than sitting around on your computers/smart phones making useless (and in this case, potentially damaging) chit chat, why don't you go get an extra workout in? That's what you're here for. =P

Your knees should never go past your toes to avoid hyperextension and stress on them. Push your rear back and lower your thighs parallel to the ground, bending at the hips and keeping your core tight to get the maximum effectiveness out o the move and avoid injury.

That was me my senior year of college (2.5 years ago), except I'm 5'9". I lost 25 pounds using MFP the year following, then found out I was pregnant, so I'm back at it. ;-) Feel free to add me!

Hey! I'm 24 (turning 25 this month, gahhhhhhhhhh) and am hoping to lose another 20-25 pounds (starting at 164, goal of about 140, but we'll see how it looks). Feel free to add me!
