SAHM to two little girls, almost 4 years and almost 4 months. Having a hard time getting motivated this time, I was in the best shape of my life after my first daughter was born and I enjoy working out, but I have a killer sweet tooth. Anyone feel free to add! :-)

I'm also a SAHM (two girls, ages 3 yrs and 3 months). I've got about 20 pounds to loose, anyone feel free to add me! I've used MFP with great sucess, once to loose weight after college and once after my first daughter was born. I'm struggling to get motivated to do this AGAIN, especially with the holidays coming up and my…

Anything Jillian is usually circuit training.

Hi! I have a 4 week old infant and a 3 year old toddler. I only gained 25 pounds this pregnancy (started out about 7 pounds over my goal). I've lost 12 pounds of "baby weight", so I have about 20 total to lose. Would love to connect!

Body Revolution is the Amazon Deal of the Day (I get daily emails about it because I love buying things from Amazon, haha)!! I'm thinking about picking it up.

I started this week. I've done Turbo Jam a few times and used to teach Turbo Kick (the live class, which I'd like to get back into. We just moved to Colorado from Michigan and I didn't workout for a few months, so I have to get back in shape AND acclimate to the altitude). Feel free to add me!

Eat healthy (the nutrition guide that comes with Turbo Fire can give you some ideas, or sites like Eatbetteramerica.com, or skinnytaste.com). If the inches are moving, that's all that matters. And MFP calculates a deficit for you, so you'll want to eat at least SOME of the calories you've burned from exercise, otherwise…

Hey! I'm starting tomorrow if you wanted to buddy up to stay on track. =) I've done Turbo Jam and used to be a Turbo Kick instructor, but I since I've gone back to work a few months ago I don't have time to teach anymore. I figured Turbo Fire would be a great way to kick by butt back into shape.

I'm currently between jobs, but when I worked 45+ hours a week and commuted an hour each way, I would wake up and workout before my daughter woke up and we got ready for our day. I work out at home, because that's one less obstacle between me and exercise.

It tastes exactly like sour cream. Great substitute!

Heart rate monitor for sure. I think the database averages what users input and accounts for age/weight/gender, but everyone is at a very different place on their journey. For example, I teach a Turbo Kick class, and in 50 minutes I burn 433 calories according to my heart rate monitor, but one of my students burns 700+.

Shakeology is probably your best bet. It is sweetened with Stevia (which isn't SUGAR, but it's from a plant instead of being artificially made).

Feel free to add me as well!

I turned 26 in January. We can be friends!

I love eating, only slightly more than I love moving. Mom of 1 5' 8" CW-150 GW-140 Calories 1460/day Let's be pals.

Turkey bacon egg cups! Preheat oven to 400, cook bacon in a skillet until halfway done, press bacon into muffin tin cups coated with cooking spray (you can let it cool for a few minutes, or do sweet two-fork maneuvers like I did), bake 5 minutes until crisp, crack an egg into each cup, sprinkle with salt + pepper, bake. I…

I spent my adolescence and adulthood believing I was 5' 9" and that I was tall. An insurance physical last year informed me I am only 5' 8" (I blame pregnancy). Feel free to add me if I make the cutoff. ;-)

Howell! Natively metro Detroit, then East Lansing for school, now here. Add away!

Turbo Fire actually just got reduced to $79.99, but that can still be hefty in cost. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30 would be great and both are under $10.

My daughter is almost two. I workout before she wakes up because if she's awake, she thinks it's a dance party (and I kickbox, so that can be dangerous!). Feel free to add me!

I've done it. It's a great program. Stick to the schedule (meaning you really only need to do it 3X/week, do your regular walking workout on other days), repeat days when you need to (if you feel you weren't quite ready when you did a given day for example), and just do your best. It's a great program. Get outside when you…

Find out who it was, then hit them as hard as you can in the jaw so they can't talk for a while. It is not their place to shape your child's self image.

For a while, I was eating pizza twice a week and definitely losing weight. I just didn't eat the WHOLE pizza. Stop when you're full. Don't get the meatiest greasiest pizza you can find.

Plan your meals in advance. Use To-Do lists to make the most effective use of the time you have (at work and outside of work). Keep healthy snacks around. Exercise in the morning so you can't make an excuse to not do it at the end of the day. You'll also find you have more energy throughout the day if you do. Get enough…

Teaching my first Turbo Kick class on Monday. =) Love it!
