I am like Megan...as long as the weekly goal is met and I stay within an "acceptable" range of my caloric intake, I could go 200 cal either way depending on my exercise.

:smile: I log my food daily as well as my exercise whether I go walking at the mall or go the gym. Best Wishes on your journey; it is never an easy one!

I agree. I tried it last year by myself and did okay for a few weeks, but lost interest in logging exercise and daily intake mainly because I didn't have any encouragement.
