My goal was to lower my cholesterol drastically and did it. I managed to lose 20 pounds, gain some muscle, lose 4% of body fat, 3"-5" waistline etc all within 90 days. It works well. Some people are different and depends on your workout plan but you are getting your carbs, proteins and fats through out your daily meals.

Lots of hardcore body builders eat 3 whole eggs. If i were you just do one whole egg and 2 egg whites. More than enough especially when you are going to eat 50g of oatmeal. Agreed with adding spinach and also peppers and onions maybe. Change it up so you won't get bored.

You can do it. Don't stop and push as hard as you can. Never think of yourself as disgusting. Eliminate that negative thinking and always be happy and think positive. it's a long process to a better you. Baby steps. You are doing it the right way. Never do that quick fix diets. What is your workout plan? Just an example. Also, you might want to look into getting a heart rate monitor. I got one recently and its fantastic. Helps you train within a zone to help in weight loss and overall health improvement.

Your goal calories is all wrong. You must of done something wrong inputting your goals, weight, weight to lose etc. I'm a male at 167, looking to go down to 155.
