I tend to drink more water on those days. Sometimes I have a hard time deciding between hunger and dehydration and lets face it, we definately need more fluids during TOM. But, when I can't help myself, I look to baked instead of fried salty foods and dark vs milk chocolate for the sweet moments. Hope this helps!
