I know how you feel. I gained back about 50-60 lbs I lost two and a half years ago. It's HARD but we can do it.

I have PCOS and am Hypothyroid, so loosing weight is a challenge. Friend me if you like.

No, I was over 200 in high school. I remember weighing 160 lb in 5th grade. I'd like to go down to about 155.

My boyfriend is really skinny and I am a big girl. It's rough. I look HUGE in photos together. He can eat anything. Entire cartons of Ben and Jerry's are dessert for him. At first, I was eating right alongside him, which helped me gain about 35 lbs since we met last year. Recently, he's started supporting my weight loss…

I take vitamins for general health: 1 multivitamin, vitamin D, folic acid and 1 fish oil capsule. I always take them with food to increase the likelihood of absorption. Does anybody know of any vitamins that tend to help with weight loss?

You look fantastic (although you were a pretty girl at your heaviest, too). Just remember, the time of low motivation will pass, and when it does, you will be all the more stronger for getting through it without gaining. You're weight loss is inspirational.

IMO, you should tell your brother and sister in law that you are by the disbelief regarding your weight loss, that you have been working very hard to change your lifestyle, and that you will see them next summer. Honestly, what they might have meant is that they didn't think you needed to loose that much weight, so they…

I eat out often. Sometimes out of necessity, and sometimes with family and friends. My tricks for staying on budget when I eat out are to: get salad whenever possible; always order vegetables on the side as plain as possible (steamed, raw) - combine what you really want to eat with the vegetables, and take the rest of the…

When I am 101 lbs thinner than my starting weight, I want to start training for a triathalon (which means learning to ride a bike, swim properly, and run long distance)! Also, I want to dye/straighten my hair and brighten my teeth so I look a little different.

I'm in for the Skinny Wednesday Challenge!

My overall goal is to loose 101 lbs. So far, I have lost about 5. Secretly, I hope to loose all this weight within a year but I will be happy if it comes off in within two. It's hard, as you all know. I guess the trick is to never stop trying, no matter what.

You know, sometimes these recommendations that tell you to get certain products are sponsored by those companies to influence you to buy their product. I don't think that is necessarily a bad thing, but I also don't think you need to go crazy looking for a certain brand. To slim the belly, the best advice I have read…

If you want to jumpstart your weightloss, I'd say eat the biggest green salad you can stand with the lowest amount of salad dressing you can stand almost every day for lunch. The salad should include leafy greens, protein (chicken, egg whites, etc.), beans or chickpeas, some fat (olives, avocados, walnuts), and any other…

On this website there is a toal that tells us how many calories we should consume based on our weight, right? Mine says I should eat 1510 . . . It seems a little high but I don't mind it. (haha). Has anybody on here successfully reset their metabolism? If so, are you willing to share your story as inspiration?

Do you belong to a gym? I'd recommend getting a membership somewhere (they may have a planet fitness in your area, these are generally only $10.00 a month). I say a gym membership because most gyms have better AC than you prob. have you in your home, which I say is a must. Then, I think you should just take it easy with…
