Hello. I'm 60 and 30 lbs overweight. I live in the US. Looking forward to making some new friends to support one another. Started to count calories 3 days ago and today I joined the walk challenge for April.

Hello and so glad to meet everyone. I just saw this challenge on FB and knew it was for me. Got my Fitbit charged and ready to go. I recently decided to buckle down again and get the weight off. Started 4 days ago and happy to say 1.6 lbs are gone and that was without walking.

Today I am 11.1 lbs lighter and work outs keep getting easier. That 5K doesn't seem impossible anymore.
