I use the elliptycle as well, burning about 8-10 calories a minute doing their fat burning program. I change it up now and then by going backwards instead of forwards. I can really feel a difference in my legs. I also do the 30 day shred when I am not near the gym.

I currently do the 30 day shred and although it is hard to get through, I need to burn additional calories. So in addition to doing 30 day shred 6 times a week.
