whole wheat toast with peanutbutter and sometimes i put banana slices on top. super healthy and yummy...and did i mention it is super fast too make. I don't know how all these other people have such complex breakfast every morning and still make it to work on time.

hot tea, green tea, mustard, pickles, lettuce (practically), yogurt is really low in calories and very filling too

you're not harming yourself. Less than 1200 calories/ day is harmful on anyone's body. It sounds like you have nothing to worry about.

it goes along w/ your "goal" (the first thing u feeled out when u signed up). u don't have to eat the calories that u burned. if u choose to not do that, then you will reach your goal even faster.

same here. im 5'4'' thought, but I would love to lose 15 - 20. i have best results when i avoid eating late at night. and a food journal is the most beneficial tool to losing pounds. A good 15 - 20 min. of weight-lifting before doing cardio will really help with toning and losing pounds. U also really need to exceed 30 min…

yes. buy a really cute nalgene (water bottle) and keep it with you. Put one of those cheap "mountain-climbing" clips on it. Then u can clip it to ur purse or whatever, making it less likely to lose. If you buy a 32 oz and fill it up 2 times... that equals the 8 cups u need. It wont feel like ur drinking that much and it's…
