this is why i \LOVE my wii ea active workout....you fo cardio, weight training, and it has a heart rate moniter to show calories burned......each session burns about 70-100 calories...and takes about 20-25 minutes

i have the HORRIBLE knockoff one, and it was about 8 pounds off! .....and then it broke.....sigh..... now i use wii active which doesnt need the board. moral of my story.....dont buy the knockoff! lol

I'm 5'3, and I started out at 148, and I am down to 143. My goal weight is 133, because that was my pre-preggo weight! If i hit that, id love to see 128 on a scale again!!

I don't have any rules yet, I only began 2 weeks ago, but I've lost 5 pounds. however, I just noticed my sodium levels are WAY over, so i will be focusing more on that in the future

I love it too....however i pulled a muscle in my neck using the resistance bands, and couldnt movie my neck for a week! now im much more careful! I'm glad im not the only one who thinks im burning more calories than it says! its such a fun workout!
