I added a generic 12 ounce and 16 ounce beer to My Foods section and just use that instead of worrying about finding every beer I drink. I use 180 and 235 respectively. If I drink something I know is significantly less/more I'll punch it in. I've gone from 246 to 206 since January and I drink a LOT of craft beer. Cheers!

I've not had a problem maintaining my passion for craft beer and losing weight per my goals.

I stop it when it approaches bottom of my range, 134, I also deduct calories that would have been burned at rest for the time spent exercising.

Only advice I can offer is keep doing the program. I had a herniated disc last August, could barely walk, felt better this Spring lost some weight and started C25K on June 14. Struggled running 90 seconds in Week 1. Just ran a 5k race this past Thursday 36:34

You'll be fine! I felt exact same way, congrats for starting the program. I found having a good playlist helps. I have my Week 5 day 3 tomorrow - one 2 mile run. The most I've done is 3/4 mile x 3 with walks in-between. That was Week 5 day 2, we'll see how it go's ...

I think you're right on with setting small goals. Each time you run your endurance will go up and that inner voice gets quieter. I have never liked running, even many years ago as an athlete - hated running. I started couch 2 5k 4 weeks ago running for 90 seconds and wanted to stop. Today ran three half mile distances…

If you were happy with the Hero I'd say stick with Android esp in that the latest iPhone wasn't much of an upgrade over the 2 year old previous version. The extra screen size has been a big plus for me, went from 3.8" to 4.3" and got used to it in about ... 5 minutes.
