I lost weight really fast my first week. 4 pds.. then .2 second.. .8 third. Don't be alarmed, it will slow down.. and that is normal too. Especially when you have under 20 pounds to lose. Just make sure that MFP is set up properly (activity level ect) so that you are getting enough calories and your body will respond :)…

For some reason, I always found that when I exercised I lost weight really slowly or not at all. I don't understand the logic behind it, but for me, when I stop exercising I lose weight again. So as awful as it sounds, I don't exercise while I am cutting calories. I usually only have between 10-20 pounds to lose anyways..…

Well, I am at 135 now... and my goal is 125.. but if I keep eating 1200 calories a day and don't drop at all, I can't see how I will lose weight. I started at 140.

I am a teacher too.. in an alternative school that actually makes home cooked meals for our kids every day.. or orders delicious things like KFC :) LOL... but the key is being prepared. If you have your lunch with you you are less likely to be tempted by those bad for you foods. Or just have a little, enough to stave off…

I am a lifetime member at weight watchers. It does work of course, but so does my fitness pal... basically they are both calorie counting. I have taken the time to look at what I would consume points wise on a given day at weight watchers and compare it to my calorie intake on my fitness pal using the old momentum program…
