I leave next week to go on an all inclusive vacation with my husband. Does anyone have any tips to help me maintain my weight loss while I am there? I know I won't lose weight but I don't want to gain back any of the weight I have lost since I am so close to my goal. What kind of alcohol should u drink?? Ect

1200 calories?
So, just a question. I have lost 5 pds.. I am 5'2 135 pounds.. I started at 140. My caloric intake a day is 1200. So, after 10 pounds they are supposed to ask if you want to recalculate your goals ect. But isn't 1200 the lowest you can go calorie wise any way on this app?? Or will I get a lower caloric intake??
