I think I might try Nicky Holender's stronger program, 30 minutes 6 days a week and the videos are free.

I am on my 2nd day of week 4, its a killer but it seems to go faster than the other levels? I will do it for another week next week then be finished with it, although i am seeing such great results I might do it again. I really liked this workout!

This is my 2nd week of level 3, I didn't feel like I was ready to move on to level 4 yet, its actually getting much better and I can do all the moves now. I haven't lost much weight from this video but I can really feel a difference. I like this video better than 30 day shred.

I am a little ahead of the group, I just did level 3 yesterday for the first time, wow it was hard. I feel this video is much harder than 30 day shred!

I made this recipe up, its soo easy and good! Take the garlic and herb small wedge place in microwave just to soften it up a little then spread on chicken breast and put some french's fried onions on top and bake in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes.

I did Level 1 for 6 days, my plan is to do each level 6 days then move on if I feel strong enough.

I started this DVD this week, just completed 30 day shred. So far I really like this dvd. I am on my 5th day and I am sore but in a good way.

I felt like level 2 was the hardest for me. I love level 3 but there is lots of plyometrics!

So worth it! Your clothes will fit so differently at the end of it, I have lost 10 lbs doing it but I have also watched my diet. It's tough, really tough, I have a love hate relationship with it! I have never once regretted getting up and doing the workout and you will be so glad when its done.
