Today's Update I was a lot more enthusiastic at the beginning of the month and averaging 18 miles a day. I seem to be slowing down and not working out as long as I'd like and I'm not even halfway to goal. Maybe is should have made my goal smaller as a beginner, My backside is not that happy with me these days.

I love my stationary bike! Getting caught up on some of my television shows. Pedaled for 20 miles in 2.5 hours. Moderate pace but long distance.

I'm new and I'm late but I'd like to join this challenge. My goal for the month is 300 miles on my stationary bike. I've done 10 miles so far.
