exercise at 130 bpm for 2 hrs in one day drink 6 cups of water...and the next all that stuff (5 pds) may be gone if not in two days! good luck!

I started it this past Tue. It will be a good program. Combined with elliptical/cycling/running as a separate workout in the evening it should be awesome.

very nice. great job.did you track bodyfat percentages from before, during, and after? started tapout xt yesterday coupled with six days of cycling per week of an average 1.5 hours or longer per ride and the help of my fitness pal to track eating. day 90 will be right around Christmas.

not anymore..it used to when I weighed 215-220 but now its a blast being in the low 180s when mountainbiking.
