  • Use lots of tomato or vegetable juice when you prepare it - that keeps it moist. Don't give up, the best cooks sometimes throw out what they have made. I have cooked for 43 years and I do!:ohwell:
  • I do take an iron pill a day with orange juice, but a long time ago I had gastric bypass and I cannot eat normally, plus my teeth are really bad and chewing is troublesome most of the time, so I stick to soft foods. Thanks, guys, for your input - one of the many reasons I absolutely love this site! :love:
