Ripped ( I wish it was a talent!)

Picking up a piece of paper off the floor with my mouth without using my hands or putting my knees on the ground...

LEAPFROG!! Used to love that game!

I started it again last week for about the 5th time. I'm working split shifts so only did two days before I had to stop because work got in the way. That was 5 days ago! Starting AGAIN tonight though, so we'll see how it goes! Good luck, it's an awesome programme.

I don't lift at all, but after reading this thread and looking at everyone's awesome progress pics, I'm joining a gym tomorrow. Never realised that lifting heavy could make such a transformation. Good work everyone!

Paddling!

Count me in! Need to get my butt in gear and this might just be the kick I need!

8.5 without seeing my face I can deal with!

My boyfriends reaction of 'WOW' after not seeing me for a month and a half!

I disagree, my calves have never been big but they are definitely strong...

Notice how the op hasn't bothered answering to any of the replies. TROLL!

I'm definately sure, it's whenever I feel too full or that I've eaten something my brain considers massively high in fat and kcals. I don't get it any other time and it's not all down my legs, just my thighs. Feels like my skin is stretching.
-
I can get rid of them by not eating, but that's not an option! Have been to see doctors numerous times, they refer me to counselling that never happens. Funkyspunky87, how do you deal with yours?

Ok, I'm obviously a unique case. Either that or people don't want to talk about their eds...

I get really bad stomach cramps and awful wind when I eat gluten, it bloats me out something chronic too so I avoid it where possible. I've found gluten free bread is a pretty disgusting substitute so I avoid that too if I can. To start with I found it hard to avoid gluten, it's in more food products then I expected, but…

I have the exact opposite!! If I eat any more than about 1000 I feel really tired and lethargic!

I usually have calories left at the end of the day too, and I never eat back all my exercise calories at the end of the day because it just makes me feel crap and sleepy. When I was a student nurse the dietician always used to tell me to listen to my body, if I wasn't hungry I didn't need the extra energy. There will be…

When I started my nurse training years back I went from no walking to being on my feet for 12+ hours a day. I found getting a good pair of shoes that really supported my feet worked wonders, they were lace up and had good arch support so they held my feet. They were a pair of Hush Puppies and I remember being mortified at…

I was grossly fascinated then, thought you were going to talk about some werd bug I didn't know about!! Disappointed now...

I agree, water tablets aren't a great idea unless you have pitting odema or something like that. Might be a better idea to accept that the water is there to stay for the time being and start from the new number, if that makes sense. Everyone gets bloated around TOM, but I find eating bread makes me retain water too, have…

I'll try that in the morning, thanks!! Didn't even think of it! I weigh myself every day, I get really anxious if I don't, I dread standing on the scales and it saying I've put on loads. At least if I see everyday what I am I can adjust my food accordingly. I don't know how accurate WW scales are, there was a kilo…

I usually weigh in stone and pounds too coz I'm from the UK, it's taken me a while to get used to KG. 120lbs is about 55KG or 8.5 stone. I could understand it if it was a few lbs too, but 5 KG is like 12lbs! Argh, it's driving me nuts!
-
They're on a tiled floor, but I think they're cheap and nasty. How can I apparently lose 5kg and my clothes still fit the same?! Unless I had a magic 5kg of water that I was hanging on to...?
-
I weigh every day, sometimes it discourages me, sometimes it gives me a boost. I hate weighing only once a week, I get anxious that I've put on loads, doesn't mean I log every day though.
THANKS. It's highly illegal in Australia .. looking for non-illegal places to do it. I'm thinking on all the walls of my workplace. Like.all.of.them.
Really?! There's posters everywhere!

Saw this going round on facebook this evening, seems like people are literally posting it EVERYWHERE!

It's been proven that sugar has absolutely no affect on childrens behaviour at all. Give a kid a packet of skittles and they'll go hyper because you've allowed them to eat sweets, give them a bag of placebos labelled as skittles and the same thing will happen...

I currently have a cat, a beardie and two fish tanks (both cold water) but in the past have had chickens, a duck, rats, gerbils, guinea pigs and a rabbit...beardies used to be considered strange but they're so common now I think people accept them as normal. Can't put pics up, not a member of instagram or anything! Oh and…

I'm English but living in Melbourne, does that count?!
