Are you trying to cut out white? Why not start with eating whole grain breads and eat it say either at breakfast or lunch and limit calories that way?

Logging the food and making a note what triggered you to have a bad day may help you the next time. It makes you own your choices good or bad... Remember we all have set backs but own it and move on. Keep logging you can do it!

Why not add in some other machines .... rowing, aero bike and body weight exercises - burpees , mt. climbers, speed skates, kettle bell swings. All of these are good short burst of cardio. You can switch it up and do sets of exercises and do 20-30 seconds on with a 10 second break...

Thank you for your post today.... I have being feeling frustrated since the scale is not moving... actually gained 2 lbs over the past few weeks. I think I am slimming down by taking off some inches. I guess I need to measure it by talking some photos.... By the way... congrats. Your hard work is paying off!
