I like to do the shred as soon as i get up, right around 5am.. Then when I get home from work I do some thing else. I like the idea of having some exercise in before work so that way if something comes up after work I don't feel as bad lol

I quit smoking on december 28th, and started working out and eating better the same day. I don't know if it was the best idea, but it seems to be going okay for me. I figured that if I just quit smoking I would put on some extra weight so why not try to do both at the same time. I feel wonderful!! Its definately hard but…

Good luck!! You can definately do it!! I agree don't feel like you have to go to the gym, start by going up and down the stairs a few extra times a day :)
