I get up earlier in the morning & do it then...... Then do 6 hours at work & usually go for a jog or cycle (depending on the day) Just fit it in when you can, even if its only a bit a day, at least your still doing something :-)

From being size 16 in bottoms and 18 in tops in January I am now a 12/14 in bottoms and 14 in tops!! So nearly 3 sizes!! Woop!! Still a way to go though.

Thats awesome to hear!! My dad told me he could see I was getting thinner now too!! Which is fab to hear from my dad who has always said 'you have to do it for yourself & you have to stick to it even if you put weight on, its a slow process' 'blah blah blah'!! I give up listening ha!!

Being a disappointment to people!! If I cant lose the weight I want to lose!! People dressed up in things eg costumes that aint real!! If ya sitting watching someone/something & comes in to the audience!! Spiders!! Wasps/bees!! Probably everything if I sat & thought about everything!! Lol!!

I've just done Day 4 of Level 1..... Getting used to it more now...... Dont like the cycling crunchies at the end, they hurt!! I just hope I see results soon!!

Me & my fiance very rare do anything togther, he goes out with his mates from work when they get paid, I totally understand that. I know he'll never cheat...... He never stops me going out when I want to either.

I work out 7 days a week for half an hour, cycle 4 days a week & do a lot of walking

I have a small butterrfly with stars on my right shoulder blade... got it last year & getting another tattoo on my left shoulder next month, that one will be a pink rose not opened, but not closed with a scroll saying 'mum & dad'..... i think i'm addicted now lol

for me its bto be told i still look amazing by my fiance, even though i dont like myself. i just try to keep telling myself if i lose weight & get down to a size 10-12 then he will like me even more. my friends keep me going as well :-)

i've started doing the 10 min free jog. i always do hula hooping & cycling, i love them..... i also set a calorie goal to work to, i usually burn more off though, so thats goos
