I usually drink 0%, skim milk.. I've tried unsweetened almond milk and coconut milk.. let's just stay I'm sticking with my skim milk lol.

I LOVE TUNA! I mix mine with some sandwhich spread and slap it on whole wheat bread or a whole wheat bun.. sometimes put some yellow mustard on the top.. add pepper and a dash of salt and some chopped up dill pickles.. depends on what kind of taste I want.

You may want to try switching up your workouts and what your eating. Your body will get use to these things if you do the same type of workout or eat the same types of food. You may also need to shock you body by increasing your cal intake.

not at all, especially if you're within 10 lbs of your goal weight. I would suggest 1 lb loss until then though. :) good luck!

I praise fruit.. they are way better choices than junk.. and at least the sugar is natural. There's no way fruit can harm you.. unless that's all you eat. Anything is bad in excess.
