I use to eat 1 pint of ben and jerrys ice cream quite often as a movie/late night "snack" ugh... I definitely didn't care about how much I consumed back then..
-
Definitely :))

Try light pringles made with Olestra.. 70 cal's for 14 chips :) or try cutting back on the amount you eat of your fav chips.. moderation.

I try to have a low cal snack between each meal to tie me over. :)

I like Meso :))

Well it's not so much about the lbs as it is about the inches!
-
here here! 4 hours to go.........

I finished the shred about a week ago and just did 30DS workouts 3 days last week until I got my new workout :) .. I'm starting Ripped in 30 today!
-
SWEETS, ugh! I try to save cal's in the day to get my fix... seems to be working.. but I reckon it would work better if I just stayed the heck away from them!
-
Congrats! I just got to where I can wear my knee high boots comfortably as well :))
-
I just use fat free american.. one slice on 100% whole wheat bread. 120 cal's a sandwhich :P yum!

I got nice results doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I'm about to start doing her Yoga Meltdown in combo with Ripped in 30 :))

Mine is loose as well :) ...not a wedding ring.. unfortunately lol, but a ring my bf gave me for V-day last year :)
-
Just water, and the occassional Vitamin Water Zero :)

My sugars are usually always over too but I figure it's kinda okay.. cuz it's not like I'm getting them from really bad sources. I focuz on Cals, Protein, Fiber, Sodium and Fat :) GL

I felt this way when I had about 15 lbs to go still. It's a horrible state of mind to be in. But if you take a deep breath in and out and focus on your goal, you'll be there before you know it! Just focus on eating healthy and being active and you can't go wrong! I know all about being busy with school and work and it gets…
-
It's both :)) But! I would say it's probably more strength than cardio if I had to choose.
-
I DEFINITELY know this feeling! haha, I'm glad to hear many of us do here. I found that if I don't eat a good breakfast, I'm in trouble! I try for good, high protein (keeps you full for longer), high fiber foods for breakfast.. and use up to 400 cals, but sometimes less. Good Luck, hope you find your solution!

Count me in! I'm not sure if I want to lose 10lbs though.. maybe more like 6. I'm 136 right now, 130 would be a good number, although my goal is 135 lol. I just wanna tone up.. so maybe losing a couple more inches would be a better goal by Thanksgiving.

Tummy is definitely my number one problem area. I went from a 13/14 to a 7/8 with the help of MFP and JM30DS :) and I'm starting to notice my belly shrinking. Strength training seems to be helping it a lot! So I would definitely suggest adding strength into your workout routine

I have just overcome a plateau of about a month. It's very frustrating, but I ate more protein and a little more cals and didn't weigh myself for a full week. ended up dropping 3.8 lbs this past week. I was also doing 30DS at this time and finished that on Friday, I'm not sure if water weight from the program had anything…
-
Awesome job! Thanks for the post, I've been looking into her 6W6P program, just got done with 30DS on Friday. I love Jillian :))

I drink diet coke occasionally but not all the time. It does have sodium in it so you'll probably retain some water from it.. but that's about it. So I don't see why you wouldn't still lose. But most likely better and easier to drop the pounds without it. Use it on occasions :)
-
No, I try to avoid eating any of my exercise calories back if I can unless I get super hungry, then I'll eat back about a 1/4 to 1/2, but never all. Seems to be working :)
-
I would LOVE to lose my last 3 pounds! Cut out/down my sweets.... o.O
-
On the money! :) GL
