I didn't get any neck aches, but did get sore shoulders in level 3. Be sure not to use your neck during abs.. let your ab muscles do all the work, don't let the neck help you! Good Luck on your shred, keep pushin!

I eat some back only if I'm hungry for it. Generally, I try to stay at my calorie goal.

Once a week, same day, same time of day - first thing in the morning, after restroom and before breakfast. I'm seeing a nice trend. Can't purposely lose fat from one certain area of your body unfortunately. My face was the first area I saw a loss from but it varies from person to person. You just have to keep eating healthy and working out regularly and the fat will come off where it wants to.. but it will eventually come off every part of your body.…

The moment I realized my BMI was still healthy but on the verge of overweight.. something HAD to change. And it did :) I'm a little less than the middle of the healthy range! Just looking to drop 5 more lbs and tone up!

Very helpful cause I was wondering the same thing. I'm guilty of weighing near bout everyday too. I ate a little too much sodium at dinner last night, so I'm sure it's just water weight. Just drink lots of water, watch what your eating (pay attention to sodium!) and have a good workout :) Good Luck!

You can look it up on Youtube to get an idea of what workouts to do. All of her ab exercises are great!

I am just NOW seeing my spare tire flatten a little lol. I'm doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. She's tough, but she knows how to make you drop the fat :)

I always leave some calories leftover (not counting my exercise calories) for a small sweet treat.. just big enough to satisfy my craving. otherwise it's game over lol.

I really try to focus on both.. I guess right now, I'm focusing on my macros the most.. fats, sugars, protein, carbs and sodium. I'm always good on my fiber which is also something I look at for. But Cal's usually always fall into place.. a bit on the low side most of the time though.

I often have those days, and luckily like you, I have pushed the urges aside and carried on with my healthy ways :) It's a struggle but if you want it bad enough, you'll do what it takes to get it!

After I finish the 30DS in 8 days :) I will be taking a 2 day break, then continuing on with Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown. I've never tried Yoga but I'm interested to see what it can do for my body. I think it will be a good time for my body to recooperate. We'll see how it goes!

Thanks for the advice! I'm trying to re-evaluate what I'm eating. I may need to cut back a little more and see if that helps cause I don't think I need to increase.

Hey! I'm starting Level 3 today after work!!! I've lost about 2 lbs since the very 1st day of 30DS.. but I have plateaued over the past 3 weigh ins :( Why the stall???

I put in how much I weighed I started MFP.. I had lost 6 before joining but I figured it really doesn't matter what my ticker says. MFP just uses your current weight and your goal weight when determining your goals.

Eat back whatever exercise calories that you need. If you're hungry, fuel your body. Makes smart choices and always net at least 1200 calories after exercise. Good Luck!

If you want to exercise, you'll find time to do it. Wake up earlier is probably the easiest.. go to sleep later.. do it right after work/school when you get home.. on your lunch break.. break it up into 10 minute exercises here and there throughout the day.. do you watch tv? if so, there's your workout time ;)

I'm in the same boat here. What I'm thinking is it's what I'm eating.. I think clean eating is the answer and of course, you may want to up the cal's too since you workout a lot :) good luck :flowerforyou:

I'm in the same boat.. I have plateued for 2-3.. workiing out everyday and staying under or meeting calorie goal. I'm pretty sure it's coming from what I'm eating. And that may be your deal too.
