I was just thinking about this! :( I still need groceries and have no bills to get it with

Yes I do, I actually have much of my weight loss happen during my TOM. Which is weird. Maybe it's because that week scares me the most, thinking I'm going to gain.. so I'm more conscious of my decisions.. hmm.. But yes, still diet and exercise through it

Oatmeal whole wheat toast cereal 1/2 c. 0% milk yogurt low fat waffle sugar free syrup eggs grapes apples bananas oranges ..... that's basically all I eat for breakfast on most days... of course not all together lol, mix and match how you would like :)

after, you'll burn more calories during your cardio since you continue to burn cal's after weights.. and your heart rate will be up already for your cardio :) win!

I just recently hit a plateau as well.. actually starting to gain a few back! o.O

omg thank you for posting this topic! I was just thinking the same thing last night while working out. My stomach definitely does have a squishier feel to it. I thought it was extra skin :( but hopefully it's just that my skin hasn't caught up with my changes. Hope all of our skin tightens up soon! haha :)

I met him at a party during the Summer of '09.. My friend worked with him and she wanted me to meet him. But while we were actually at the party, she decided she liked him instead.. So I hit on his friend lol. We all did a double date the next night and I fell for him.. he wasn't interested in my friend and he was…

haha I always clean afterwards too :P No worries, I completed Day 8 yesterday.. I was feeling much better after work! Glad I didn't skip it!!

I have the same question. You are suppose to take rest days in between workouts so your muscle can heal.. but Jillian says to do it every day lol. But yeah, insight from the rest of the group?

Usually when I get off work... so around 8:00pm, ugh! It's a rough life lol. but you do what you gotta do!
-
Cool! That would be 8.75 cups a day! Just add one more glass of water on and I got it!
-
I usually go every other day.. while I'm at work. A little inconvienent but I'm just glad it comes! But it's very unpredictable since I'm irregular. I try upping my fiber, water and fruit intake. Coffee always helps too ;)

Thanks! I started MFP in January, but it took me a while to get the hang of things and to actually stick with it :P So really, most of the weight loss has happened in the past 3 months. ... I'm debating whether to do the shred tonight or not :( not feeling too great right now. Low energy, can't keep my lunch down, slight…

This is good advice! I should consider this myself..

Today is Day 8 of Level 1, I'm already seeing more definition! I can only imagine what my end result will be! As for my actual scale weight though.. not seeing much improvement.. I actually gained .8 lbs from yesterday. err. I'm trying to re-evaluate my food intake, and remind myself that it could be water retention (since…

I had that feeling when I fit into a size 8... not no 1.. but I'm still pretty happy about it ;)

I'm me both on and off line. But I reckon I'm a little more outgoing online. But it's still me, I just can speak my mind more.

Love who he is, not so much on what he looks like. I would hope that his personality is more important than the fact that he just isn't into fitness like you are. I think we've all been in his state of mind at some point. You have to want to do it for yourself, not feel forced to change your lifestyle because someone else…

My name is Tara :) I had a wake up call and noticed that I was only a pound from being "overweight" for my height at 168lbs in November 2011. I tried going it alone by working out but I had no idea how to "diet" or make a life style change eating wise. I tried though and lost 5lbs on my own, but lost hope until I found…

I started on September 20th but I didn't weigh in on that day since I usually do that on Sunday and that was a Thursday, but my stats.. :) SW (November 2011): 168 SW (Joined MFP - January2012): 162 9/16 (SW for Shred): 142 9/23: 140.6 GW: 135 Today, I am doing Level 1, Day 7 of the shred!

I really try not to eat my burned calories back, but still try to meet my calorie goal. I found in the past that when I was eating them back, I would gain or stall. But definitely just learn your body and figure out what helps you lose :) good luck

You look amazing as you are right now :-\ You definitely do not need to lose any more lbs. I agree with some other posts, strength train instead and replace what little body fat you have with muscle. You'll look more lean (not that you aren't already) and have some definition.

Kansas but from Georgia ;)

I have my weigh in days on Sundays. Reasons? lol, it's the beginning of a new week.. and it forces me to be held accountable during the weekend! :) That way I don't go overboard and have TOO much fun ;) I also weigh throughout the week to note if I'm keeping on track and whatnot, but the one that actually counts and gets…

From Leesburg, GA. and Lawrence, KS (grew up in both places for 11 years each lol). now in Olathe, KS (hate it.)

Maybe it's what you're eating. You may be under or hitting your calorie goal, but with what foods? Are they healthy choices? Also, maybe try checking out your measurement instead of focusing on the scale number. With all your workouts, you may be building muscle mass :)
-
Because those 95%-ers loss weight and hit their goal.. therefore they feel relief and freedom and ditch their lifestyle change. tisk tisk.

If I know I'm gonna have a few, I'll reserve calories so I don't go over my goal. So yes, save them! :)
