  • Completely forgot to weight in yesterday so weighed in this morning with a 1.2 lb gain. Not the way to start my day :cry: On the verge of feeling really down today but the sun is beautiful so will try to change my attitude. Congrats to those who lost!

  • Weighed in today at 167.8 down 1 lb from last week :) Being accountable & forcing myself to log everything everyday is really helpful for me.   • My week is going well. My ME activities have included reading a favorite magazine, talking to a friend on the phone & de-cluttering part of my basement (for me clutter = stress so that has helped). Thanks so much for the positive comment!
