  • It was week 1 of phase 2 for me. It went well. My biceps were extremely sore after doing biceps and back. I am thrilled that I can now do a pull up on my own with out the chair!!!!   • Great job everyone! I did cardiox, it felt good, I really needed the calorie burn since I have been taking it easy from being sick.
  • I did 30 minutes of core synergistics. I've been sick so I need to get back into the swing of things. I don't do plyo due to joint issues, it's just too hard on my knees. Cardio X is great, plus you get a little of everything, yoga, core, kenpo and a little plyo.

  • Hi, I 32 and serious about my weight loss goal as well. I have lost 6 lbs since 1/2/12. I have another 10 to reach my goal. I log in everyday and preplan my meals out the night before. It would be nice to help motivate eachother. Great job on your weight loss!
