I agree with what everyone else has already said. Track it and move on, but don't dwell on it and get discouraged. Just try and use it as a learning experience. When I first started I was regularly going way over on my calories, but I cringed and recorded it and tried my best to remember that next time I am thinking about…

I usually wear two bras because I have yet to find one that will do the job and I can't stand racerbacks that go all the way up to my neck. mostly I've been wearing Danskin bras that have cups and are adjustable then the "standard" sports bra over top. As long as I'm wearing a shirt it looks just fine. hahah Though I once…

When I first started doing Yoga, I searched around youtube and found Esther Eckhart and I really like her. Her main channel is Yogatic and there are tons of different videos for many different levels and even a few specifically for beginners. She also has another channel with whole classes. I really like how she explains…

I log everything... Once in a while I wince before hitting that submit button, but I still do it. Hahah. Even when I know I've had a bad day, I still want to be able to see just how bad it was and maybe next time I will remember logging that candy I ate when I wasn't really hungry.

I have a huge sweet tooth and I know that if I try to completely cut out everything, I will binge and eat whatever is in sight. I am pretty good about sticking to serving sizes and putting the bag away so I don't just mindless grab for it. I have a bag of Gummy Sharks (who the heck makes a serving size of gummy sharks 170…

I can crouch down on my feet without losing balance and can get back up without having to kneel for balance. That's one of my favorite! Hahah, but it's also nice to notice more hard spots on my legs that used to be squishy. =)

For me, I have a areas that are definitely more muscular, but the fat is still there too. I don't get discouraged by it or anything, but I still find to pretty strange to have a hard spot with some squish on top when I didn't have the hard part before. Hahah

I'd have to say that my NSV would be when my grandpa asked if I'd lost weight. Hahah, he's normally the first person to tell someone they've gotten fat. And of course when my grandma said, "you seem to have... not gained weight... like everyone else does"... Neither care much for being tactful about someone's weight which…

Same here. I have almost entirely cut out soda (and now, some types make me a little sick if I drink the entire can), but I still go over my sugar every day... and it's usually not the sugar from fruits that is the main culprit. I'm just really bad about sweets and if they aren't around I'm not too worried about whether or…

I've found that I'm worse about binge eating when I haven't had regular meals, then I just turn into a human vacuum and next thing I know I've eaten way too much and don't realize I'm full until the damage has been done. Lately I have been making it a habit to keep almonds in my room so if I start to feel hungry I'll take…

I love almond milk. Haha I drink it just because I like it...

I get shin splints when I am walking on hard surfaces for too long. I work for a horse trainer and when we go to shows where every surface is pavement, it's pretty painful to keep going by day three if the show has been a busy one. It's better for me since I switched to Nike running shoes though.

I started doing yoga by looking on youtube and found Esther Eckart's channel "yogatic". She has a ton of videos and at least two beginners series. She's one of the few yoga instructors I've come across that I like.

I go over every day. I usually eat a banana for breakfast and there goes half my sugar! I'm bad with junk food, but even days that I behave I'm over. hah

Bread. Love it. Especially the Parmesan Garlic french bread from the Walmart bakery... Mmm ...and candy. Any candy really... =)
