  • I started the shred 9 days ago and have done it every day. I'm also doing karate twice a week and a 45 minute circuit training routine once per week. I'm starting to notice a difference. My plan is to keep focused on this routine until I reach my goal weight and then switch into a maintenance routine.
  • I have been losing about 1.5lbs per week on average for the past 3 months. 1 week on the 30DS and I've lost 4 lbs this week alone - without any other changes. Its tough but worth it!
  • I started two days late, I was on the road for work. I did D4L1 last night and last night was the first day where I got through everything without stopping. It is starting to get a bit easier. I had pain in my back after D2 - like I had pulled something - I didn't feel it last night though.
  • Hi folks, Count me in - I'm starting the shred tomorrow too. I'm already doing 30 minutes of cardio twice a week with a fitness program, but I'm adding this to speed up the results. Look forward to seeing everyone's progress
