On and off (mostly off) again MFP user. Woke up on Father's Day, made some coffee, and ran across some pictures of myself from a decade ago. Man, WTF happened. I was 187 then and in great shape. Decided to fix it. Recharged my Fitbit, dusted off my old running shoes. Woke up Monday went for a 2.5 mile walk, which I've…

French press or Aeropress and grind before I use it. TJ's organic heavy cream with no sugar for my default bean (Cafe Britt Terrazu). If I'm packing coffee to take hiking, I'll use some Folgers I've had around. If I use sugar it's the raw sugar.

The group I go to always mentions it except when I was between docs and had to see the PA. But my doc mentions pretty much everything - asks me if I'm still doing the same as I was doing during my last visit, how home life is, etc. Not the cheapest people to see but you get 1.5 hours of his time w/o interruption. I drink a bit 30 minutes before my work out and the rest within 30 minutes later. I wake up, make a scoop and drink it, then go to the gym. After gym I'll come home and drink another scoop before I make breakfast, etc. For cardio I do a scoop of whey after I'm done along with some good carbs.

Sure, count me in too. I help with the water issue I used to carry a water bottle with me that held 40oz. My goal was to finish it off each day.
