I used to work at the Melting Pot years ago. There are better choices you can make but none of them are great. Be careful of the sauces. Most of them are very high in fat and calories. I have several vintage dresses that have been hanging in my closet for years. I have never been able to fit into them but they were too beautiful to part with. The clothes and people were much smaller then! I have them in multiple sizes and the first I am only about 10 pounds from finally being able to wear one!
