I have eaten 1200 calories for the past year, and I have done cardio four days a week for the past six months. I dunno, I think it's working for me.

The better clothes I consigned at a second hand clothing store and actually made about $30. The rest I dropped off at Goodwill.

I added you! Anyone else, feel free to add me!

I'm willing to bet that it is most likely your birth control. Stay off the scale for 2 weeks and continue sticking around 1,200-1500 calories. Additionally, I have found that when my weight is fluctuating, it is an indicator that I am not drinking enough water.

Well I don't know where this thread is going now but I do agree with the topic. Either they will realize their faults, or they will continue their ways and ultimately fail, living their life questioning their poor health and wondering "why me!?" Yes, we all have our days, or sometimes weeks, when we slip up. No one is…

That's actually a pretty good idea...

I started at 265! Feel free to add me!

5'8" 180lbs. Size 12 is too small, 14 is too big, and not very many people make 13. I used to be a size 22...

I put on a fancy outfit and took myself to Chipotle for supper and brought back some Culver's custard because the burrito was just as lonely as I was. I'll see ya'll in hell.

Obviously.

I always go months on end eating the same thing for breakfast, then I will randomly get a wild hair and decide to try something new. For six months I only ate Kashi waffles with peanut butter. Now I only eat oatmeal.

In my experience, I lost 60 lbs between November 2012 and August 2013 just by reducing calories to average 1200 per day. This means some days I would only eat 800 calories, but a few days later I would be somewhere past 1400, but by the end of the week if you did the math, I averaged around 1200 per day for the week. My…

In my non-professional opinion it looks like a good day, especially in terms of protein.

I gave up on lying to the website. If I have an 800 calorie day, then so be it.

These cravings are emotional, and it's all about learning self control. You can give into treats in moderation, or do something to take your mind off of the card mother nature dealt to us woman. And your time of the month is only for a few days, once a month. It should not be impinging on your overall success.

Thanks everyone!!

Thank you! Took me way longer than it should have to figure out how to post pictures...

I've been 1200 for 10 months or so! I"ll add you!

Bad *kitten* woman were one of the biggest pushes for me to get into shape. I quit wishing I looked like that and got off my lazy butt and did something about it. I'm not there yet but I am farther than what I was yesterday!

A similar thing happened to me on a two week trip to the Netherlands. I was down 60 pounds before leaving, ate literally anything that looked good in any quantity that I wanted, drank, and just had a merry old time with carbs and sugar and fried foods. Came back home 4lbs lighter...

The plateau may actually be caused by your hormones trying to readjust themselves following having the baby. Breastfeeding can play a role in this as well. From what I remember from a lactation course I took at my college (sounds weird, but I am a dairy science major..) breastfeeding can cause a woman to burn an additional…

I take One a Day Woman's Pro Edge. It supplies extra B vitamins and folic acid than most vitamins. Also, I have had problems with other brands causing stomach upset, but these are fine.

Going through your food journal it appears that you routinely go over 1,000 calories. Just because you tell MFP you only want to consume 600 doesn't mean you are on a 600 calorie diet unless you follow through with it.
-
Well I never put two and two together until you pointed it out, but I can say that I am experiencing the same thing. I have also noticed that I am perfectly fine with 7 hours of sleep compared to the 9 hours I needed when I was nearly 70lbs heavier and in poor shape.

I'm going to be 'one of those people' and suggest you see a doctor first. Not only to make sure you are healthy enough to lose weight, but to keep you from lapsing back into a problem situation.

I had free T4 tested as well, which came back as .83. The nurse told me this was normal, however, I will not have access to the rest of the results until I get them them in the mail. I had WBC and kidney function tested as well. I have an ultrasound on my thyroid on Friday because it is enlarged. I will admit that I have…

I started at 265. I had the exact same problem last year. I thought I was doing everything right, but saw very little to no results. I had people tell me it was because I was eating too many carbs, not drinking enough water, not getting enough sleep, ect. But the number one response I got was that I simply wasn't correctly…

I am a huge fan of Cristal Lite and lypton tea packets!! You can usually find a huge selection in the juice isle. Most are either zero calorie or very low calorie.
