OH gosh.. the hardest part... that's tough..... I'd say exercise was a tough one for me... I could barely walk up a flight of stairs in the beginning... and it took ALOT to stay motivated... I simply stopped tracking sugars, and replaced it with tracking carbs instead... I never go over on total carbs and have found that I am even doing better with sugar since I stopped tracking it. I also know that the more exercise you get in a day, the more sugars that you are allowed.. so on days when I have a little extra…

Its tough,, but you have to first want to do this.. then you have to tell yourself that you have so many calories that you can spend.. kinda like money... when it's gone, it's gone.. It took a few months of really get that into my head! I log every morsal I put in my mouth,, and I don't allow myself to cheat! Best of luck…

I"ve lost over 100lbs and still have a DD cup.. lost a lot of side and back flab.. but the boobs stayed the same.. Maybe it does just all depend on the person...:smile:

congratulations! It's so exciting to see the small changes in your body as you begin to lose more and more weight.. I'll always remember my first NSV>>> I was able to get up from sitting in a lawn chair, and not have the chair stick to my butt as I stood!
