JV, I was born in 80, but all throughout my 30s, I intend to stay 30. So when people ask me how old I am, I always say 30 and I plan to for the next decade! Lol. Then when I turn 40, I will be 40 when asked until my 50th bday. Hope I can still pull it off by then.

Don't buy a treadmill if you plan on using it as a clothes rack in the next few weeks/months (I'm speaking from experience). Get a gym membership if you love the environment. I did cardio challenge yesterday and it wasn't so bad. I enjoyed the 30 second breaks. The bear crawl and plank jacks were brutal. Taking a day off today. My body is not as sore as earlier this month, so that's definitely a good sign!

Are you starting to see the results? I just finished doing core dynamics. I love that one because its nice and quick and i still feel like I get a good workout. I was just wondering if probiotics woudl be helpful to me. I had my gallbladder removed about 6 weeks ago and my weight has plateau'd also. I don't know if this will help with my digestive system and if it will help get my metabolism revved up again.
