Hi, I have been on the Ideal Protein diet for 5 weeks. I started November 11th and have lost over 20 pounds so far. I am half way to my goal! :smile: The Ideal Protein foods have kept me full so I don't cheat. I have started to look at the 1,001 Low Carb Recipes by Dana Carpender for Low Carb Recipes for dinner.
