Also, pay attention to what you're eating/doing before your workout. I used to break out in hives when I went to the gym. Come to find out it was because of what I was eating before I went that was causing me to have an allergic reaction when I sweat. ...obviously I am no doctor. This was just my experience. :)

I'm 5'4'' and ~ 210lbs. My whole life people have been saying "you carry your weight well" ...what does that even mean?

I use to poke fun at myself when people discussed my weight. "I'm a little teapot. Short, and stout!"

5'4'' here heaviest weight was 235, I was a size 18 current weight is 211, I am still a size 18 ...dress sizes sux

First of all, congrats on quitting smoking! It's a long hard road in itself in cutting smoking habits. Just forewarning, expect to gain some weight from quitting. I gained about 10 pounds but it was also a stressful time in my life. And good luck with your weight loss! Adding fresh fruits and veggies is always a good idea.
