Same. But all my fat is in my thighs. My upper body is totally skinny but my thighs are still big. It's supposed to even out in a few years but it's annoying.

You can get the appearance reduced with laser treatments. My legs got really veiny a few years ago. I did it at a spa and it only cost 250. You can barely see them now. It was good money spent.

I think it's a mechanism to keep people from starving, leftover from the days when food wasn't always available. We want it to work differently now, but have thousands of years of evolution against us.

I averaged 2-4 pounds off a month, and then sometimes it went backwards for weeks. You just have to keep doing it. It never follows the timeline you want. Like someone said about being healthy. You just have to commit to everything being a permanent change no matter what and not just until you get the weight off.

Have you been checked for apnea? A lot of people wake up too often because they stop breathing constantly. Weight issues can be a factor.

I have done this for years so I can relate. I don't know what it will take for you, but I just got sick and tired of doing things half @ssed.. working so hard and then undoing my own efforts, so I just buckled down hard this last year.

My fitbit was CONSTANTLY overstating my calorie burn. I got tired of dealing and just unsynced it. Now I just manually add workout calories back in based on the low MFP calories.

Yeah i noticed everything in those type of stores run small. Walmart too if you buy out of the Jr's area. So getting to a size 9.. it's hard to find stuff because a teenage size 9 doesn't fit an adult. I did finally find size 9 adult pants on Amazon. yay!

Yes it's hard to find tops with sleeves instead of those stupid little "caps" that don't cover your arm, and shorts that don't show everyone your business. I've bought mens shorts before because the legs were longer.

I'm practically gaunt in the face and upper body, but still fat in the lower body. People tell me you even out after a couple years but ugh ugh ugh. I can also see why people comment and think you've lost too much weight when parts of you are all bones.

Electric blankets help a lot. One layer and you can change the temperature.

I had that happen too but I was eating a lot lower than you. Maybe eat at maintenance for a few months and stop losing until it gets normal again?
