Once you run outside being on a treadmill will never be the same! I hate the treadmill. I only do it when it's raining or too cold outside. But running outside is awesome! I suggest you go back to running outside. I would suggest even a track would be better than bein on a treadmill. I hate it!

Didn't do day 4 today either! I ran for 5.5 miles, but no p90x. I didn't do day 3 either! Will try 3 tomorrow! Good everyone!

I did plyometrics. I made it through without stopping too many times like yesterday. I actually did them all. It was better than yesterday, definitely.

I did chest and back and ab ripper. I used the bands for pull ups. I could not do for the life of me the push ups, especially the military ones. lol I had to do girl push ups and i could only do 6-8. It was hard and i was out of it by the time i finished. But everyday I'll just keep trying until I get better one!. Good…
