Strength then cardio.... I heard some trainers say it because you have better form when you do strength training first... but I'm sure there are more benefits about it than just that...

try finding it at your local library. Sometimes county libraries will be able to share their collection to make a wider search for what you're looking for. I was able to find a large amount of her dvds (and others). It's worth looking for, as it's usually free to rent for a week or so...

Fantastic idea- I'm going to have to steal that idea from ya :-) But as for me, I usually just add Rice Milk- I suppose I could add honey for more of sweet treat.

I totally agree! I can't imagine being able to crochet and do an LS video at the same time :-) As for me, I knit. I know how to to crochet (my mom taught me), but i prefer knitting. I never thought about it... but I guess it's a pretty good eating suppressor since you wouldn't want to get the yarn or knitting needles dirty…
