^^ I just discussed ortho tri-cyclen and weight gain today with an ob-gyn...according to her, all the research points to ortho as being a very good bcp for weight control. There is no evidence of it causing weight gain...it shouldn't be working against you:)

Depo can cause weight gain...BCPs do not.

I am 5'5" and I carry most of my weight in my hips/thighs/arms. I can post a pic of my current self...not a great full body shot, but you get the idea. Lady Jacc--just free-form squats or do you also involve weights? I work-out at home...I do have access to a good gym but I just don't know what I'm doing there.

I also did it in the past but just had trouble keeping up with it. It's a great program though, good luck!
