Into Thin Air is about an ill-fated climb up Mt. Everest. Not really uplifting in the classic sense, but interesting to read about the limits of human endurance. I recommend. It's by Jon Kraukauer.

I made these and they turned out well. The middle sank a little, but no big deal. Yummy treat!

Me too! I met my boyfriend on Plenty of Fish. I had tried e Harmony but thought it was like getting set up by your Grandpa. Such a slow process they want you to go through... I find I'm eating a lot more protein which is great. It keeps me full and satisfied. But I need a lot of fiber in my diet to keep things moving. I buy wheat bran...just plain and stir it into oatmeal or yogurt. Tastes good and 1/4 cup has 7 grams of fiber! I try to aim for about 25 grams of fiber per day.

How inspiring! 100 pounds is quite a milestone. You should be very pleased with your progress!

Me too! As long as you're fairly small-framed and not too chesty, I think it's a really healthy weight. Although, I'd be ok with 118 too. :)

Haha, HollieDoodles. Me too!

I'm 5'3" and my goal is 115. I am small framed with a little chest. I've been at 118 and liked it, so that might be a more reasonable number.

Great job! You have a wonderful attitude that will surely carry you the rest of the way to your goal.
