That sounds good. Our numbers have dwindled, and I don't know about you, but I almost always have to look back at the previous week to see where I am. A one stop shop would be great!!

My non-gym days are a struggle. I've already found that on days when I go to the gym in the morning, I'm not dragging butt by the end of the day. :) It's nice to see the effects pretty quickly!!
