  • Okay I am in. Did my Orange Theory today which is the only one hour I usually can fit it during the week. Thirty minutes a day sounds doable. Back to Beachbody On Demand and Les Mills on Demand!

  • Okay I am really late. Goals for March are to be able to track my calories and stay with Calorie budget, get exercise at least 4 days a week, to avoid sugar and drink my water. I'll be more aggressive when I have been doing this longer! :-)

  • I am working mom of 2 boys with a hubby who travels all the time who lives in Phoenix. I want to lose weight to set a good example of self control for my boys as well as being able to look great in clothes! I have about 30 to 40 lbs to lose by year end.
