Exactly what he said!!!!! The first 2 weeks were super hard for me. I quit about 6 1/2 months ago and I feel sooooooo great and I can run!! I stayed away from drinking for a good month because I knew I couldnt drink without smoking. Hang in there. Its soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo worth it! My advice is to stay busy…

Dont do it!! I used to work in a tanning salon. I have seen not only what it does to your skin but to your eyes as well. yuck! I suggest airbrush tan which is like mystic but better.
