By weight Tea Leaves contain more caffeine than coffee beans, but by the time you make the drink then tea has less caffeine than coffee. Though I can't remember by how much!

I buy the cheapy Tesco "Quality Tea"! I can't tell the difference between that and more expensive brands. Which probably doesn't make me a proper tea lover!

I think there's a few different schools of thought on this; There's the old saying "Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Lord, Supper like a Pauper" which says to eat more at the start of the day.
