  • I love bikram yoga! my studio adds an aromatherapy component that is marvelous! it is definitely tough but that makes you even more proud of yourself that you got through it. and you feel so good afterward!
  • Just started my own 'yoga summer' routine as well! I'm attending 4 classes a week. 3 bikram/hot yoga and 1 vinyasa yoga. Will be throwing in some zumba as well. Very excited to see the results. Hoping to tone tone tone!! :)
  • I attend 4 classes a week. Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays I practice bikram yoga and Wednesday I practice vinyasa.
