Maybe not the route you want to go, but if you want to make your current one "less band-like", maybe you can have an artist transform your current one into the second photo? I've seen some really amazing re-do's by artists, but if you like the original and want to add the second one, go for it!

I just got my current job because I volunteered with the organization for several months before I applied for a position. There wasn't even an interview because they already saw how well I worked with them. Definitely recommend this route to anyone!

One thing that helps me is to have the driver's seat in my car as upright as possible! It's something small, but it definitely made a difference for me!
