I work in corporate Human Resources, and have two tattoos (only one visible on my calf when I wear dresses). After my first week there I determined it was fine to expose my tattoo. The first day I did so one of my bosses grabbed my leg to read it better. And as to tattoos being a protected class: definitely not.

This. Less carbs, more protein! But seriously, I dislike lettuce wraps, but have found a few wraps with flax that I liked. Sara lee makes a 45 calorie bread, and open-faced sandwiches are barely different than a regular one!

I work at an Animal Shelter, so two of my managers are understandably vegetarian, and eat plenty of raw fruit while at work. The rest of my co-workers frequently order pizza, and I always have to decline! I'm a happy medium, drinking plenty of water and trying as hard as possible to eat a wholesome breakfast mid-way…

I'm taking self-defense next semester at my University. At first it was going to be a "for fun class", but after I thought about it more, it will be good for a female my age to learn things like this, especially when I walk alone so often at night!

37 lbs lost, and I never run. Hate it, it's just so boring to me. I lift weights as often as I can, and typically use bike, cardio equipment, or DVDs for my main exercise.

My senior year Cheerleading captains during homecoming in 2007! I'm the one in the brown dress, which I believe was a 7-8 I'm honestly only about 15 lbs away from this weight, but would kill for my arms again!

I'm 5'5", but my starting weight was almost 203 lbs. I am currently 166 lbs, and my goal will be somewhere between 150 and 140, and I hope to add a lot of muscle along the way! It's hard sometimes, but just don't give up! It's worth it and then some!

The only situation I ever use it, is when I'm doing homework on the computer and want to talk to my boyfriend at the same time; otherwise I'd use my phone to talk to him when I'm away at college.

I've never cheated, nor have I been cheated on (that I'm aware of). However, I had an ex literally stalk me 5 years after we broke up (We dated when I was sixteen!), so I told him that I cheated on him back then, in hopes that he'd leave me alone.
