I quit 3 weeks ago, and yes the first 2 days were brutal (headache, muscle aches, etc.) but after that have felt fine. I switched to sparkling water and that gives me the carbonation. Had some crazy dreams the first week but have been sleeping like a rock! Good work and keep it up!

6-3, 225 - for all the p90x workouts, I log them as 50 minutes of general aerobics which comes out to about 550-600 calories. Figure it is better to log exercise on the low side, log calories on the high side. Using MFP and P90x I dropped 16 pounds in 2.5 months while adding muscle. Keep it up and you will see the results!
